Helen Torres & Associates (HTA) is a consulting structural engineering firm in Chicago. We are a supportive team with a culture of curiosity and collaboration. We provide structural engineering services for new construction, renovation and adaptive reuse building projects in the Chicagoland area.
We are seeking a Project Manager to execute and manage small projects, and work with our team on larger projects. Experience in analysis and design, codes and standards, production of construction documents, construction administration and client management for building projects is key. Proficiency in REVIT and RAM Structural System is preferred.
Qualifications:
Self-motivated, organized, task oriented, solution and deadline focused.
Ability to successfully manage several projects at the same time.
Proficient in engineering analysis and design softwares.
8 years minimum structural engineering experience in building projects.
B.S. min, M.S. preferred in Structural Engineering or related fields.
PE or SE license preferred.
HTA offers full time, part time, hybrid and remote options. Local to Chicagoland preferred, for occasional in person team meetings, client meetings and site visits.
