Structural Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Structural Engineer with 2–8 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation, hands-on project experience, and a passion for designing building structures. You will contribute to projects ranging from small-scale developments to large, complex buildings and participate in all phases of design and construction.

Structural Engineer will have the following key responsibilities at a minimum:

• Design and analyze structural systems for buildings.
• Prepare structural drawings, calculations, and specifications in compliance with codes and standards.
• Review shop drawings for conformance with project requirements.
• Conduct site-visits as needed for construction observation.
• Collaborate with architects, trade partners, and owners to develop creative and integrated solutions.

Qualifications:

• BS / MS in structural engineering, or civil engineering with a structural emphasis.
• Minimum 2-8 years of relevant work experience.
• EIT/ PE / SE license or actively pursuing licensure.
• Knowledge of the current CBC, IBC and other pertinent codes.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Desired skills:
• Proficiency with Revit / AutoCAD.
• Proficiency with analysis software such as ETABS, RAM, Enercalc etc.
• Ability to provide creative solutions to complex problems.
